We keep what the tools need to work. We don’t sell your data. There’s no ad network and no third-party tracker on the customer pages.
We use a session cookie so you stay signed in. That’s it for first-party cookies on the app. No advertising cookies.
Card payments go through Stripe. They process card details; we receive payment status and what we need for billing and delivery. See Stripe’s privacy policy.
You. The operator of microsuite.me, to run and fix the product. Stripe, for payments. Hosting and email infrastructure that necessarily touch the bits in transit.
Public form links and booking or buy embeds show only what you chose to put on them. We don’t sell lists.
While your account is open. Close Account removes your account record and per-tool data files. Backups and logs may linger for a short operational window, then rotate out.
Book download orders and suite codes are kept so you can unlock the book again and so we can see abuse.
This service isn’t aimed at children under 13. Don’t use it if you’re under 13.
